Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at FedEx Office. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on our products and services, and ensuring seamless operations in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, utilizing consultative skills to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Offer expert advice on printing, signs and graphics, and shipping products and services
  • Process customer orders, manage inventory, and maintain a safe and clean store environment
  • Operate and maintain a wide range of equipment, including printers, binders, and shipping machines
  • Assist with training and development of store team members
  • Meet sales and productivity targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
  • Ability to lift 55 pounds and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of printing, signs and graphics, and shipping products and services
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
