Job Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in Inpatient Rehabilitation, you will provide professional nursing care to patients using the nursing process. You will collaborate with other healthcare team members, including physicians, to ensure quality health care delivery.

Qualifications
Education:
Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN is required.
Licensure/Certification:
Current RN licensure in Texas or a compact state is required.
Current BCLS certification is also required.

Experience:
Preferred attainment of CRRN or willingness to obtain within two years of working in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Preferred proficiency in reading and writing Basic English, knowledge of body substance isolation, and ability to use the FIM instrument to assess patient functional independence. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
