Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Infor M3 Solution Architect to lead the implementation of our clients' end-to-end solutions, including Infor M3 ERP and supporting applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, with at least 5 years of experience in core Infor M3 ERP and 2+ years of experience with the M3 cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of end-to-end solution implementation, including solution design, application configuration, testing, and validation.
  • Providing strong leadership to change control boards to control scope, priority, and provide change request impact analysis.
  • Conducting FIT/GAP analysis and disposition requirements appropriately as per business needs.
  • Developing and executing deployment strategies and cut over plans.
  • Providing hands-on support in functional areas as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of consulting experience with core Infor M3 ERP.
  • At least 2+ years of experience with M3 cloud platform.
  • At least 2+ years playing a M3 Solution Architect role.
  • Experience with systems development lifecycle planning and/or Agile Methodologies, cost estimation/economics, requirements gathering.
  • Hands-on knowledge of core M3 application configuration, including org structure, master data, manufacturing, sales, order management, procurement, warehousing, logistics.
