Position Overview:

At Hardee's Phase Three Brands, LLC, our team members are essential to our success. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for cashier and cook roles in our establishments.

Key Responsibilities for Cashier:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing cash transactions.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks, including processing orders and preparing them for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area while performing cash handling duties and additional cleaning tasks.
  • Commit to enhancing your cashier skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize basic computer skills.
  • Be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Duties for Cashier:

  • Take and prepare customer orders.
  • Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing restrooms and dining areas.
  • Manage waste disposal.
  • Refill beverage stations.
  • Assist with food preparation.

Physical Requirements for Cashier:

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Stand for 90% of the shift.
  • Sitting is permitted only while taking orders.

Key Responsibilities for Cook:

  • Learn to prepare and cook menu items to company standards.
  • Use judgment to ensure the quality of food served.
  • Be open to cross-training across various cooking stations.
  • Cook and assemble food items accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cooking area while performing additional cleaning tasks.
  • Be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Duties for Cook:

  • Prepare and cook food items.
  • Assemble customer orders.
  • Perform cleaning duties, including floor and restroom maintenance.
  • Wash dishes and manage waste disposal.
  • Filter fryers and clean kitchen equipment.
  • Assist with food preparation.

Physical Requirements for Cook:

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Stand for 90% of the shift.
  • No sitting is allowed during cooking duties.
