Job SummaryThis role involves building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and identify their needs.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the agency.

- Sales experience preferred, with a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
