- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in electromechanical design and development.
- Strong experience in mechatronic system design and development, including mechanics, electronics, and control systems, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of advanced tools such as MATLAB, Python, or LabView for simulation, modeling, and data analysis, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business results.
- Hands-on experience with LabVIEW for developing control systems and automation solutions, with a strong understanding of system integration and optimization.
- Practical experience in manufacturing processes, including design for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems, and a strong understanding of business objectives and customer needs.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, and a strong commitment to driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
