Responsibilities:

* Design and develop mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping
* Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and electrical engineers to ensure a fully coordinated design package
* Prepare specifications, requisitions, and bid analysis/purchase orders for materials
* Perform site calculations, drawings, and design specifications

Qualifications:

* 3-5 years of experience in HVAC design or MEP
* Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
* EIT from the State of California preferred
* Experience with project estimating
