  • Engage with the Research and Development team on New Component Introductions, overseeing everything from specification formulation to validation processes.
  • Uphold the Supplier Quality Assurance System to ensure alignment with established quality objectives.
  • Perform supplier evaluations and assessments to gather essential quality metrics.
  • Execute strategies for suppliers and components to fulfill quality standards.
  • Lead improvement initiatives and root cause investigations at supplier locations.
  • Assist in the development of data systems for monitoring supplier quality-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in the ongoing enhancement of supplier quality processes through audits and sharing of best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality assurance for electronic components.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor development and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with quality systems, process audits, and component qualification.
  • Knowledge of automotive standards such as APQP, PPAP, VDA6.3, or IATF16949.
  • Proven ability to spearhead process enhancements and supplier development initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in testing, package design, or wafer processing technologies.
