  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that food, beverages, and services meet the highest standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the banquet area is maintained in a clean and safe environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to customer service.
