General Purpose:
The Tow Truck Operator is accountable for the secure and efficient transport of vehicles from client locations to company facilities. All responsibilities must be performed in line with established operational protocols.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with rollback flatbed towing for single and double vehicles is required.
  • Must prioritize safety in all operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently picks up and delivers vehicles to company yards.
  • Ensures the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) matches the title.
  • Conducts inspections of customer vehicles to verify compliance with purchase agreements.
  • Operates the tow truck in a safe manner, adhering to DOT regulations and speed limits, while maintaining an accident-free record.
  • Performs daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, accurately completing necessary paperwork and submitting it daily.
  • Monitors the mechanical performance of the tow truck.
  • Immediately reports any accidents or incidents to management.
