About the Role

iFlow Inc is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our ServiceNow instance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise
    • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, integrations, and reports.
    • Design and architect ServiceNow configurations to meet business requirements.
    • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts and APIs.
  • Agile Practices
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow projects.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • ServiceNow Modules
    • Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including Change Management, Incident Management, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD.
    • Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
  • API Development
    • Develop and maintain APIs for inbound and outbound data exchange.
    • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • 8+ years' experience with software development, design, and architecture.
    • 6+ years' experience in solution architecture with emphasis on implementation of SNOW technical solutions.
    • 6+ years' experience in Agile practices, building software in an enterprise environment.
  • Skills
    • Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
    • Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
    • Familiarity with UI design, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
    • Understanding of XML and structural programming concepts.
    • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
