Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the processing of import shipments efficiently.
  • Communicate Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to clients and forward Arrival Notices promptly.
  • Manage documentation and track shipment movements from origin to destination in accordance with client specifications.
  • Coordinate trucking arrangements and liaise with transportation providers for seamless shipment handling.
  • Maintain comprehensive files and ensure accurate data entry into the online system.
  • Engage with overseas offices, agents, customers, and domestic vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and implement operational strategies effectively.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of import regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and business relationship management.
  • A minimum of 7 years in the Global Forwarding Industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient in technology, particularly Microsoft Applications, with a preference for strong Excel skills.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a cooperative environment.
