We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Orangetheory - Franchise #0303.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and engage with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, showcasing the benefits and value of our fitness program.
  • Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks as needed.
  • Provide studio tours and introduce clients to our trainers and facilities.
  • Collaborate with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to help the studio thrive.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and address any concerns or issues in a professional and objective manner.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for clients.
