Job DescriptionWe're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales and Membership Sales Associates. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for greeting members, presenting the Orange Theory concept, working at the front desk, giving studio tours, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members with enthusiasm and energy
- Present the Orange Theory concept to interested consumers
- Work at the front desk, answering phones and talking to members
- Give studio tours
- Work with trainers to guide new members through their first workout
- Sell memberships to help the studio grow
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner
- Participate in marketing and outreach events
- Ensure the studio is clean and organized
