Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their injuries or illnesses and develop personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
- Administer physical therapy programs to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to help them recover and improve their function.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure that patients are receiving the best possible care.
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited physical therapy program.
- Current California Physical Therapist License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience working in an acute care setting, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation center.
