About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their physical abilities and limitations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited physical therapy program
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
  • Current California Physical Therapist License
  • Certification in one specialty (e.g. cardiopulmonary, geriatric, neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric, sports medicine)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an acute care, skilled nursing facility, outpatient, or sub-acute care setting
