About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient clinic in Apple Valley, CA. As a Clinic Director, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing budgets, purchasing equipment, and overseeing facility maintenance
- Building relationships with key physicians and marketing to existing and new physicians to drive patient growth
- Leading a positive team through servant leadership and prioritizing patient and staff well-being

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state
- Three plus years of experience as a therapist, with supervisory experience preferred
- Completion of or enrollment in residency training preferred
- Clinical Specialist Board Certification preferred
