Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned project manager who is aligned with our mission to deliver superior projects and consistently exceed client expectations. The Project Manager will take charge of the overall management, execution, and financial success of multiple retail construction endeavors. The ideal candidate will be innovative, self-driven, collaborative, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all project resources throughout the project lifecycle, including budgets, timelines, contracts, purchase orders, trade partners, and shop drawing logs.
  • Manage risks, insurance, overall work performance, and quality assurance.
  • Foster a harmonious working relationship within a team environment, collaborating effectively with both owners and project team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required, along with relevant retail construction experience commensurate with project size and scope.
  • A minimum of 5 years of construction management experience with a commercial general contracting firm.
  • Experience in retail construction is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating is essential.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills are necessary.
  • A strong sense of urgency and initiative, with the ability to quickly analyze and respond to complex issues.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
