Key Responsibilities and Qualifications for the Plumbing Cost Analyst:

We are seeking candidates with:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing cost estimation.
  • The ability to interpret and analyze construction documents, including blueprints and specifications.
  • A solid understanding of plumbing materials, products, and installation techniques.
  • Preferred possession of an Oregon Journeyman's License.
  • Proficiency in preparing cost estimates by evaluating proposals and requirements.
  • Experience in identifying labor, material, and time needs through detailed analysis of project documents.
  • Strong analytical skills to compute costs effectively.
  • Competence in using estimating software, as well as proficiency in Blue Beam, Excel, and Word.
