Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage intricate property claims with a high degree of autonomy, receiving minimal oversight from management. Leverage advanced claims technology to enhance efficiency. Conduct comprehensive investigations to establish a foundation for coverage determinations, assess damages, and evaluate liability.

Engage in negotiations with policyholders, claimants, and legal representatives to reach equitable settlements. Responsibilities also encompass diligent file management, ensuring accurate reserving practices, participating in training initiatives, presenting claims to the review committee, and overseeing litigated cases.

Act as a mentor to colleagues within the team or department, consistently demonstrating exceptional customer service and compliance with departmental audit standards.
