Job Overview
As a Sales Representative for Marla Shamion - State Farm Agent, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. We seek an energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • A passion for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers and achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
  • Experience in marketing and a Property and Casualty license, with the ability to obtain a Life and Health license.
