RWS Global is seeking a skilled Document Controller to manage the creation, distribution, and maintenance of project documentation.


The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in document control in a themed entertainment environment or similar experience.


Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, processing, and expediting internal and external distribution of project documentation files
  • Developing and maintaining procedures and standards for maintaining documents and revision history
  • Preparing transmittals and distributing information as requested
  • Managing project data tracking and ancillary systems
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with staff, clients, and subcontractors/vendors


Requirements include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of Document Management System and project-related databases
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Ability to gather and prepare project information in the required format for handover to the client's system
  • Ability to input data into Aconex
  • Effective oral and written communication skills


This is a contractor position with a competitive salary and an estimated start date of ASAP.
