We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Unit Lead to join our team at National Church Residences. As a Nursing Unit Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit and ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care.

About the Role:
  • This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff.
  2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  3. Ensure that all residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment.

As a Nursing Unit Lead, you can expect a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(a) and 403(b) retirement plans, and paid time off and holidays.
