We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Beacon Management. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multifamily properties, including leasing, marketing, bookkeeping, customer service, and resident retention.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Develop and implement budgets to control the overall financial performance of the property, ensuring timely rent collections, rent postings, bank deposits, and laundry revenue collections.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor and maintain effective cost control procedures to ensure budget compliance, oversee maintenance department, customer service, and resident relations.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and oversee entire staff, including maintenance personnel and customer service representatives.
- Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents, oversee leasing and renewal processes, and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including Section 8 requirements.
- At least 3 years of property management experience, with a focus on multifamily residential properties.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to develop strong relationships with residents and community staff.
- Project-based Section 8 experience required.
