As a key member of our monitoring center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and protecting our clients' assets from intrusion, theft, and other unauthorized activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide monitoring and incident response services to protect client locations
  • Perform scheduled remote patrols of client sites
  • Address issues and events as they arise
  • Dispatch security personnel and law enforcement as needed
  • Document incidents in reports for management and clients
Requirements
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Computer proficiency and skillful in the use of MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail with critical thinking
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Work a minimum of one weekend shift (Sat or Sun) per week
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Professional demeanor
  • Self-starter capable of working individually and as a strong contributor to the team
Benefits
  • Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 sign-on bonus ($500 increments paid after 90 days and 6 months)
  • $17.33 to $19.05 starting hourly wage range based on shift with a realistic annual compensation earning of up to $50,000+
