Boulder Care is a digital clinic offering long-term support and treatment for substance use disorders. We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team and work directly with patients to deliver medication-assisted recovery for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and empower patients in their recovery journeys in coordination with the Care Team.


About the Role

This is a 100% remote, full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule of 10am-6pm Pacific Time. The Nurse Practitioner will work with patients to evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage ongoing support for individuals suffering from complex substance use disorders (SUDs) and related comorbidities. They will also understand and incorporate harm reduction practices into patient care, educate patients on the Boulder model, SUDs and related comorbidities, recovery strategies, and safe use where necessary.
Requirements

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 1+ year of addiction treatment experience, 3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN, and a degree from an accredited school of nursing and a graduate-level nurse practitioner program. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing SUDs in a chronic care model through medication-assisted recovery paired with social needs management in an NP capacity. They will also have proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing, as well as the ability to gain approval for multiple state licenses and insurance company contracts.
What We Offer

Boulder Care offers a competitive salary range of $130,000-$140,000, determined by several factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage through Regence, dental and vision coverage through MetLife, and 4 weeks of PTO accrued per calendar year with a tenured increase to 5 weeks at 2 years of employment. Additionally, we contribute to any CME required for licensure and any that advance someone's work with Boulder, and cover costs associated with licensing, credentialing, malpractice, and waiver renewal.
