Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to adult patients in the inpatient setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Current certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or 3 years of hospitalist experience
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oregon
