Podiatry Nurse Practitioner Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Podiatry Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Preferred Podiatry Group PC. As a key member of our clinical provider division, you will provide high-quality care to patients in long-term care facilities, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, diagnose, treat, and evaluate abnormalities and diseases related to the foot and lower limb.
- Provide treatment for high-risk patient groups, including the elderly and infirm.
- Utilize diabetic shoes and insoles to prevent wounds and immobility.
- Deliver foot health education and participate in Medicare mandated quality measure programs.
- Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- 2-5 years' experience post-Nurse Practitioner training in the podiatry space.
- Experience working in the LTC or Nursing Home facility space.
- Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire.
- Certified Nurse Practitioner - American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) required certification.
