Occupational Health Nurse Leader

Job Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of patients in partnership with the healthcare team to optimize health status and coordinate care over time and across healthcare settings.
* Provide direct care to patients in the ambulatory setting in accordance with state licensure.
* Collaborate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of standards, policies, procedures, and critical paths to support the patient care delivery model.
* Assist the healthcare team to achieve mutually agreed-upon healthcare goals by providing necessary support, education, and encouragement.
* Participate in continued health education and advocacy for our 16,000 employees.
* Demonstrate team collaboration to optimize the health of our employees for work-related and non-work-related concerns.
Requirements
* Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island or licensure as a Registered Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
* Baccalaureate in Nursing preferred.
* Five years related experience as an RN in an occupational health, urgent care, ambulatory care, or Med-Surg setting.
* Certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
