Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Remedi Seniorcare Holding Corporation. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of prescription medications to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new patient referral prescriptions and prepare, dispense, and monitor medications
  • Work closely with Pharmacy Technicians and Order Entry Technicians to prepare and dispense medications
  • Provide client care, including patient follow-up, monitoring clinical laboratory data, and working with physicians on dosing antibiotics
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements
  • Assist with ensuring safety practices and procedures are adhered to and practiced
  • Enforce all company and departmental policies and procedures
  • Comply with all applicable state and federal regulations related to pharmacy practices
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective relationships with customers
Requirements
  • Pharmacist License
  • Minimum of one (1) year recent experience in an acute-care setting or two (2) years' experience as a pharmacist preferred
  • Experience and knowledge base of intravenous admixtures services and intravenous therapy desired
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meet deadlines, establish priorities, and be flexible
