Job Summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our team. As a CRMA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe preparation, administration, and recording of medications for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and administer medications in accordance with state and federal regulations and nursing standards.
  • Provide personal care services to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses to ensure high-quality care and resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including medication administration records and resident care plans.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 18 years old or older.
  • Successful completion of a Maine State-approved 40-hour CRMA certification program.
  • Prior long-term care experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Exhibit mature, responsible behavior and understand resident confidentiality.
