Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Exhibit proficiency in developing and executing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, including risk management, formulating system security plans (SSPs), and associated documentation (e.g., POAMs).
  • Ensure compliance with authorizations to operate (ATOs) and identify secure system configurations (e.g., Windows 10, Server 2016, RHEL7).
  • Conduct thorough system and network audits, and effectively remediate cyber incidents.
  • Oversee and enhance the cybersecurity workforce through training, certifications, and performance management.
  • Willingness to obtain DoD 8570 IAM Level I certification.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with national security information system security requirements (e.g., JSIG, ICD 503, RMF).
  • Manage the Assessment & Authorization processes (Certification & Accreditation).
  • Implement a continuous monitoring and improvement program, including self-inspections and security control assessments.
  • Interface successfully with internal and external stakeholders, including SCAs and Program Managers.
  • Provide technical security guidance for complex classified network environments in collaboration with IT and other departments.
  • Manage IS incident response and administrative inquiries in partnership with external agencies.
  • Develop and oversee relevant Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Lead initiatives on small to mid-sized projects or programs.
  • Effectively manage risk, cost, quality, and schedule performance.
  • Exhibit strong writing, speaking, analytical, and customer service skills.
