Direct Hire with Benefits. This is not a Temporary Assignment.

Shift Details:
3rd Shift 12 Hour: 7pm-7am Overtime Mandatory 12-hour 3rd Shift rotates between Week 1 and Week 2.

Week 1:
Mon/Tues/Sat/Sun and Week 2: Wed/Thurs/Fri. Every other weekend OFF. Shift hours are 7pm - 7am.

Additional Compensation:
$1,000 Signing Bonus and $500 Referral opportunities are available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Diagnose and rectify equipment malfunctions. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Identify and resolve electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
  • Execute projects as assigned (machine relocations, modifications, installations; material handling; workspace renovations, etc.)
  • Aid in the training of fellow maintenance staff and production team members.
  • Ensure that job functions uphold or enhance product quality.
  • Carry out Preventative Maintenance duties on machinery.
  • Complete work orders efficiently and within set timelines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

  • Advanced education (associate degree) in a related discipline or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems ranging from 24V DC to 480V AC.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and complete projects in a timely manner with quality workmanship.
  • On-the-job or classroom training in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, electronics, welding, and mechanical skills.
  • Experience in Hilift/Forklift operation and ability to obtain necessary certification.
  • Training in Quality Management Systems and Environmental Systems.
  • Must be capable of working in a manufacturing environment, including standing, bending, stooping, lifting, pulling, and pushing as required.
