Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Solar Home Advisor to join our residential sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for educating customers on the benefits of solar energy and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of solar energy and its applications
  • Build and leverage relationships with customers to drive sales growth
  • Conduct in-home and virtual visits to educate customers on solar energy solutions
  • Manage sales pipeline and close deals in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
