Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities. As a PTA, you will work in a home care setting, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in partnership with patients, representatives, and caregivers
  • Provide physical therapy services as ordered by physicians and documented in patient plans
  • Assist treating physical therapists in documenting patient progress and response to treatment
  • Counsel and educate patients and caregivers to promote patient progress and meet healthcare needs
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Minnesota
  • Two years of experience as a PTA preferred
  • Able to travel within geographic area serviced by the office
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • CPR certification
