Job Summary

Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality home care services to patients in the Southeast Metro area. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our physical therapists to develop and implement individualized plans of care that promote patient independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and evaluation of patient plans of care
  • Provide services as ordered by the physician, including physical therapy interventions and education
  • Assist the treating physical therapist in documenting patient progress and response to treatment
  • Counsel and educate patients and their families on healthcare-related needs and goals
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Minnesota
  • Two years of experience as a PTA preferred
  • Able to travel within the geographic area serviced by the office
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • CPR certification
