Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to join our team at Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. As a key member of our commercial construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of sheet metal systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Interpret job specifications, blueprints, and job orders to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Labor Management: Study schedules and estimate labor requirements to maximize job efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Cost Control: Monitor labor status and productivity to ensure job costs meet or beat project estimates.
  • Crew Management: Manage crew production to ensure job schedule deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Documentation: Complete job documentation, including incidents, timesheets, daily reports, purchase orders, and other relevant project documents.
  • Safety and Compliance: Comply with all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Forecasting: Review project schedules and forecast labor requirements through job completion.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least three (3) years of commercial sheet metal experience directing the installation, repair, and equipment use of related systems.
  • Skills: Strong customer service skills, knowledge of proper safety equipment use, and ability to climb and balance on ladders.
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • License: Valid Florida driver's license required.
