The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of cases, including general liability defense, product liability, and premises liability defense. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school* Member in good standing with the Florida State Bar* Minimum 2+ years of experience in first party claims, general liability defense litigation, insurance, defense, products liability, and premises liability defense* Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, colleagues, and the general public* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail* Proficiency in legal research tools and software* Ability to work independently, but also cooperatively and efficiently as part of a team* Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional and ethical standards
