About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Planet Fitness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a superior member experience.
  • Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check in members, provide tours of the club, and sign up new members.
  • Log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
  • Regularly clean and maintain the facility, including bathrooms, equipment, and front desk area.
Qualifications and Physical Demands
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to continually stand and walk during shifts.
  • Ability to continually talk to members and potential members in person and on the phone.
  • Ability to lift 45 pounds.
