WHAT PROVIDESURE OFFERS:
- Compensation of $20 per hour, with the potential to earn commissions - top performers can average $50 per hour.
- Financial support for obtaining your insurance license.
- On-the-job training provided - our office is conveniently located.
- This position requires in-office attendance.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with customers over the phone to discuss Medicare plans and their functionalities (training will be provided).
- Assist clients in selecting the Medicare plan that best suits their needs and financial situation.
- Communicate the advantages of our plans effectively.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process for Medicare and other health insurance options.
- Adhere to a structured call plan.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of sales and insurance to improve your performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal communication skills, including both speaking and listening.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an insurance sales license.
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment where closing is part of the process.
- Capable of multitasking effectively.
