  • Address all membership-related inquiries, providing clear explanations of benefits.
  • Promote membership as the most advantageous option for one-day ticket purchasers, while engaging with current members to enrich their benefits.
  • Assist in the overall operations of the Admissions Department, which may involve processing ticket sales, scanning tickets, facilitating park entry, and managing lines.
  • Conduct all transactions using the ticketing point-of-sale system.

Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to initiate conversations with guests.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods.
  • Physical ability to lift and/or move items weighing 20-50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in handling cash and processing payments.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and during school breaks.

Note: The schedule may vary based on weather conditions and guest attendance, and may include late shifts for special events.
