Job Title: Machine Control Sales Specialist

At CEC Smart Positioning, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Control Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in our assigned sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, technologies, and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, service, or product support.
  • Minimum 2-year technical degree in a related field or 4-year college degree or equivalent.
  • Background in construction and/or excavation is highly recommended but not required.
  • High proficiency in customer relationship skills, organization, and communication.
  • Computer skills need to be broad-based.
  • Ability to travel and stay overnight as required.
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours to accept customer phone calls for assistance.

  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and color vision.
