Objective: To execute patient care responsibilities within a laboratory environment, ensuring precise results and prioritizing patient safety. This role encompasses a variety of laboratory analyses across multiple disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and phlebotomy.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Duties:

  • Prepare and process samples for examination
  • Conduct analytical assessments in accordance with established guidelines
  • Ensure the functionality of laboratory instruments through routine maintenance
  • Implement quality control measures and rectify issues as necessary
  • Efficiently manage specimen preparation and testing

Post-Analytical Duties:

  • Accurately verify and document test outcomes
  • Amend any discrepancies in reports as required
  • Address inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and secure documents and records appropriately

Universal Responsibilities:

  • Comply with standard operating procedures and safety regulations
  • Deliver outstanding service to patients and visitors
