Medical Laboratory Scientist Technical Specialist

The Medical Laboratory Scientist Technical Specialist will be responsible for performing waived and non-waived testing in a clinical laboratory setting. This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Perform waived and non-waived testing in accordance with laboratory procedures and regulations.
- Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance programs to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth operation of laboratory services.
- Participate in proficiency testing programs to maintain and improve laboratory performance.
- Develop and revise policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
- ASCP certification.
- Minimum 3.5 years of clinical laboratory experience.
This role will be based in a clinical laboratory setting, working closely with laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals.
