Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and improve the efficiency of sales processes, ensuring seamless execution and maximum productivity.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and generate detailed sales reports to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team and customer service team to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess sales success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support and tools to the sales team, empowering them to succeed in their roles.
  • Coordinate sales training programs and sales enablement initiatives to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Manage sales territory and quota assignments, ensuring equitable distribution and alignment with company goals.
  • Design and administer sales compensation plans and incentives to motivate sales performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Manage the sales operations budget and ensure resource allocation aligns with departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
