Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Technician to provide on-site support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing systems and equipment, as well as instructing customers on their operation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides on-site field support to customers, including installation, servicing, and repairing systems and equipment.
  • Verifies and approves operational quality of system equipment.
  • Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of systems/equipment.
  • Resolves customer issues in the areas of hardware installation, repair, upgrade, and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of field support experience.
  • Ticket and asset management skills.
  • Strong hardware/software installation, support, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Windows XP, 10, and 11, Mac OS, and iOS.
  • Network Printer, HP configuration, consumable swaps, and moves experience.
  • Active Directory, MS Office, phone security, and OS365 experience.
  • Networking troubleshooting and support skills.
  • VPN connectivity and security support skills.
  • Configuring new PC's/notebooks via imaging, SCCM, and standalone experience.
  • Remote Install software/hardware and support experience.
