Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Springhill Suites by Marriott North/AFA. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions, reviewing and compiling management reports, and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and review financial reports
  • Compile and distribute daily reports, including the Daily Operating Report and Discount Programs
  • Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Food & Beverage Cashier's work
  • Transmit all credit cards on a timely basis
  • Prioritize job functions to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy of all numbers reported
  • Input and update financial information into corporate communications network
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual data processing system functions
  • Keep management informed of any unusual operational or financial events
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Guest Service Experience preferred
  • Computer knowledge/skills required
  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required
  • Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
