Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT sector
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in customer-facing roles
  • Possession of technical certifications in Windows Server environments
  • Certification in VMware technology
  • Technical qualifications in storage hardware from HP, Dell, EMC, or similar
  • Networking certifications, such as Cisco
  • Experience in Unix system administration
  • Hands-on expertise with Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Proficient in configuring and managing SAN and NAS hardware
  • Experience in implementing and troubleshooting virtual servers
  • Familiarity with VMware configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 products and hybrid cloud migrations
  • Knowledge in project management, application design, and cloud computing, particularly Microsoft Azure
  • Ability to create, analyze, and repair large-scale distributed systems
  • Strong understanding of switching and routing technologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft O365 and Azure platforms
  • Valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, and hardware
  • Manage internal infrastructure requirements, such as computers, servers, routers, and security updates
  • Support various network types, including internet, intranet, LANs, and WANs
  • Lead projects and initiatives within broader business objectives
  • Develop expertise in client industry practices and procedures
  • Handle critical IT tasks that provide a competitive edge
  • Facilitate efficient business processes and implement analytics for actionable insights
  • Ensure reliable IT infrastructure and networking
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to communicate project updates
  • Install and maintain network hardware and software
  • Assist in troubleshooting and provide technical support as needed
  • Conduct routine audits of systems, including backups
