Responsibilities
  • Act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional client experiences and Cast hospitality
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, delivering elegant client experiences and consulting intelligently
  • Proactively accomplish store policies and procedures, store and jewelry maintenance, and ongoing operational tasks
  • Provide insights to inform and evolve the process for future store openings and ongoing store operations
Qualifications
  • Strong background in luxury goods retail sales, ideally with 3-5 years of fine jewelry or luxury goods store clienteling experience
  • Passionate about welcoming customers, building long-term client relationships, and celebrating moments of joy
  • Self-motivated and able to work cross-functionally with a diverse group of people
  • Proficient with POS systems (ideally Shopify) and able to lift and carry 35 pounds
