Job Title: Technical Program Manager, Payments

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our payments program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and project management, with experience working with 3rd party partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and manage technical programs in the Tax domain and drive them to launch.
  • Work closely with ENG, PM, UX, XFN partners to define requirements, scope, schedule, plan resourcing, manage execution, milestones/tasks, communications, coordinate testing, communications and launch activities.
  • Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing software development projects and working with 3rd party partners.
  • 5 years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects & programs, preferably in Technology or Finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written + verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to take ownership, bring order into chaos, and collaborate well with others.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity within rapidly changing environments.
  • Experience in the commerce / payments space is a plus.
